How Underdog Unlimited LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and client services.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Who we are

Underdog Unlimited LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates underdogunlimited.com and related online services, including our client account portal.

Questions about this policy may be sent to hello@underdogunlimited.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact form — name, email, phone number, service interest, message, and IP address when you submit our contact form.
  • Client accounts — name, email, company name (optional), password (stored as a one-way hash), and account activity such as sign-in sessions.
  • Billing portal — when you use your account area, we display invoice and payment information retrieved from QuickBooks Online for your linked customer record.
  • QuickBooks connection — when an administrator connects our application to QuickBooks Online, we store encrypted OAuth tokens, realm/company identifiers, environment (sandbox or production), and company display name.
  • Technical data — server logs, session cookies, and analytics data described below.

QuickBooks Online

Our application integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s APIs. Connection requires authorization through Intuit. We access accounting data only as needed to provide the service—for example, to match client accounts to QuickBooks customer records, sync customer data, and display invoices and payment links in the client portal.

We request the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. We do not store your QuickBooks password. An authorized administrator may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from admin settings, which stops further API access using stored tokens.

QuickBooks is provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s terms and privacy practices. We are not Intuit and do not control how Intuit handles your data.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide consulting, support, and related services.
  • Create and manage client accounts and authenticate users.
  • Display billing information and payment links in the client portal.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our services, such as hosting providers, email delivery (Amazon SES), and Intuit (when you or an administrator authorize QuickBooks access). These providers may only use information as needed to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions and secure access to account areas.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our public website. Analytics providers may collect information such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location. You can learn about Google’s practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention and security

We retain contact submissions and account information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. QuickBooks connection tokens are retained until disconnected or replaced.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of QuickBooks OAuth tokens and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on your relationship with us, you may:

  • Request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to delete your account or contact submission, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
  • Disconnect QuickBooks through an authorized administrator.
  • Disable non-essential analytics through your browser settings or available opt-out tools.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
